Lonestar Meadery was founded in February 2020 by friends that had a plan to manufacture one of the oldest forms of alcohol, mead. Mead (i.e. honey wine) is estimated to be around 9,000 years old.

The menu includes glasses, bottles, flights, and have specialty cocktails and other sweet alcoholic treats including mead ice cream.

With a background in culinary arts and a Sommelier certification, Cam brings her talents from homebrewing to the tasting room. Tim has never met a stranger and looks forward to serving new friends every chance he gets.
