Dr. Kathy Duncan serves as Executive Director of Royal Roots of Freedom, a non-profit Christ centered mental health service for women in need. She is a Licensed Psychologist and has been in practice in the Brazos Valley for over 25 years.
The board voted on Kathy Scott as a proposed member. Rotary Club of Aggieland by-laws requires publication of the prospective member for two consecutive weeks. If there are any objections notify any member of the board. If there are no objections Kath's membership will become official on February 15th.
