Mr. Winn is a Fightin’ Texas Aggie, class of 1995 where he earned his B.S. in Agricultural Economics. He obtained his M.S. in Addiction Counseling in 2013 from Grand Canyon University.
During this time, he worked in prevention teaching life skills to 7th - 9th grades in the Aldine school district in Houston, and was employed at both IOP and Residential Treatment Centers working with dual-diagnosed clients.
Currently, Mr. Winn is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, a DOT qualified Substance Abuse Professional, an Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and Advanced Certified Prevention Specialist with both state and international certifications, He is currently the Executive Director of NAMI Brazos Valley.
He is a loving husband and a new grandfather to 2 beautiful grandchildren.

Rotary International President 2023-2024
R. Gordan R. McInally announced his theme for the 2023-24 Rotary year, “Create Hope in the World”. He explained that the goal is to restore hope to help the world heal from destructive conflicts and to help achieve lasting change. He emphasized the need for peace and continuity, including work to empower women and work toward diversity, equity, and inclusion, while not neglecting our mission to end polio.
