It's nearing fall, and that means it's time for our annual Chicken Scratch Bingo Fundraiser! This will be our 8th annual fundraiser. All money raised will go toward our 2026 Thanksgiving Baskets service project so we can feed 500+ families in the Brazos Valley.
I've set a high goal for us this year — $30,000. The most we can make from square sales is $10,000, so sponsorships are vital to help us reach our goal. There are four levels of sponsorship — Title ($5,000), Gold ($3,000), Silver ($1,000), Bronze ($500). There is no limit to the number of sponsors we can have per tier. I'll make sure our banner can fit them all!
First, we'd like to thank the members who have suggested this idea. We are finally taking action.
We need all Rotarians' help finding and confirming speakers for our upcoming meetings. To share the responsibility, all members need to sign up for a week. Please view the Google Sheet accessible at the button below. Weeks with speakers needed are highlighted in yellow.

Help build headboards, siderails, and slats for bunkbeds. This includes sanding (palm sanders), drilling (hand drills and drill presses), fastening (cordless screwdrivers), and dipping finished pieces into stain tanks.
The Satellite Club members will meet at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 9, at Lonestar Meadery! Come by for some wonderful company and unique drinks. Located at 216 N Bryan Ave., Bryan, TX.
