Robert Irving is an entrepreneur at heart, a leader by nature, and seasoned in building businesses via developing high performing teams.

He found his first business love in the construction/fire protection industry, which led him to found Better Fire Protection in 2018. 

Since joining SFS, Robert has led the College Station Branch to 12+MM in Revenue at double digit EBITDA. He has also transitioned into a newly created role as Regional Vice President in Texas overseeing offices in DFW, Lufkin, Beaumont, Houston, Austin, College Station and San Antonio.
